OUR PROCESS

PRE-INSPECTION
Our technician will conduct a thorough visual inspection alongside you, identifying potential permanent stains and providing an evaluation of anticipated results. We value your input and will address any concerns you may have. Prior to commencing work, our technician will ensure you are informed of the pricing.
02.
PREPARATION
Our services start with commercial-grade pre-vacuuming to eliminate dry soil and debris. We move smaller items such as sofas, chairs, and tables. However, larger, liability-prone items like entertainment units, China cabinets, and electronics remain in place under our standard pricing structure. Upon completion, furniture is returned to its original location and safeguarded with disposable blocks and plastic tabs as necessary.

PRE-TREATMENT
We administer a pre-spray, a preconditioning agent designed to emulsify and dissolve soil and spots in high-traffic areas, ensuring a comprehensive cleaning. Challenging spots receive additional pre-treatment with a specialized solution to enhance removal chances.

CLEANING
We use a professional carpet groomer or rotary brush to further loosen the soil. This is followed by a thorough rinse using a powerful extraction cleaning system without over wetting or leaving a sticky residue behind. We recommend having protector applied to reduce future stains and extend the life of your area rugs, carpets, and upholstery.

THE END
Upon completion, if any spots are not removed during the cleaning process, specialty spotting techniques are employed after a thorough cleaning. Note: This excludes permanent stains that are identified in the pre-inspection. Our technicians will complete grooming which promotes faster drying. We will also complete a post-cleaning visual inspection with you to confirm that you are satisfied.
